Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) has in ten years developed a model that is one of the best examples in the world of how to scale up energy efficiency. In an earlier blog I referred to leadership as the missing element in the drive towards net zero. Now we are seeing leadership on the issue emerging, both nationally – in some countries a lot more than in the UK I have to say – and in the corporate world.
